This is all great advice but if I might make one more suggestion, add a weekly maintenance schedule wherein you take all/most of these steps or find a program that does them for you.

Good job! You can always find new readers for your ebooks by following some easy steps - create a website, insert/add good and valuable content (with images, videos) and make sure everything can be seen on the homepage. Especially the subscribe now button.

I think that idea of an ebook is best way to communicate your readers. It works well if you have right readers and you can send them ebook on the right time (when they need it).
